The suspicions include theft of fuel worth millions of shekels, fake invoices, and the exploitation of contracts for infrastructure work and equipment operation, along with allegations of bribery to non-commissioned officers in exchange for overlooking violations. After months of covert operations, investigation forces conducted widespread raids and arrests.
