Kate Middleton's Style for Omani Visit
The article focused on Princess of Wales Kate Middleton's appearances during Sultan of Oman Hytham bin Tariq's visit to the United Kingdom, where she appeared at two official events in different colors and with varying symbolic meanings. At the royal dinner at Windsor Castle, Middleton wore a yellow dress by Elie Saab, adorned with luxurious details such as a cape and a small slit at the neckline. She complemented the look with diamond jewelry and the "Love Knot" tiara, worn previously by Diana. During the Sultan's earlier welcoming ceremony, she chose a dark green coat by Alexander McQueen, paired with a custom hat and a black handbag, accessorized with gold and emerald jewelry. A protocol expert pointed out that the use of red and green colors in her outfits aligns with the colors of the Sultanate's flag and is believed to reflect the identity of the visiting country, although such color choices are not strictly mandated by protocol rules.
