The National Supercomputing Center in Shenzhen, southern China, has developed the "Lianxiang" supercomputer, which topped the "Top 500" list for sustainable performance. It achieved a speed of 2.198 exaflops on the Linpack benchmark, becoming the world's first supercomputer to maintain performance exceeding 2 exaflops.
