His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Ruler of Fujairah, issued a Federal decree to amend a previous decree, establishing the "Fujairah Ports Authority" as a public entity with legal personality and financial and administrative independence. The decree shall take effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
