Al Maqara Development and Reconstruction Company announced the completion of the sale of two land parcels in the "Masar" area within the "Masar" destination project, with a total value of 462.11 million Riyals, aimed at developing residential units within the project. The sale agreement was signed on June 28, 2026. The selling prices for the first parcel were 260.97 million Riyals, and for the second, 201.14 million Riyals, while the total book value of the two parcels amounted to 255.93 million Riyals. The combined area of both parcels is 6,614 square meters. These transactions will contribute to boosting liquidity and improving the company's financial results.
