Night motorcycle ban in this state
To regulate movement and specific activities, the security services of Oran Province announced the implementation of four provincial decisions starting June 22, 2026. These decisions include banning the use of motorcycles at night from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., prohibiting the transportation of copper cables, banning nighttime leisure boat trips, and imposing a ban on all activities and events on Palma Island's beach. Strict measures have been put in place, such as seizing violators and suspending vehicles for up to 30 days, along with urging citizens to comply to avoid legal penalties.
