Expatriates Praise President's Support
Members of the expatriate community have expressed their appreciation for the special attention given to their elections by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune. They noted that their parliamentary seats in the National People's Assembly have been increased from 8 to 12 to strengthen their representation. They affirmed that the measures taken—such as facilitating travel, improving consular services, and initiatives encouraging investment and political participation—reflect the state's keenness to maintain ties between the diaspora and their homeland and to promote the democratic process.
