Soheib Nair joins Saint-Étienne

Saint-Étienne, the French club, announced the signing of Algerian defender Sbei Nair from Guingamp until 2030, making it their first transfer of the summer transfer market in preparation for the new season. This comes after the appointment of Scottish coach Ian Cathro, as part of the club's efforts to strengthen its squad and return to France's top-tier Ligue 1 after failing to secure promotion last season. The team finished in second place in Ligue 2 and will kick off the new season with a match against Sochaux on August 8th.
