The Business Incubator at Guelma Yabous University in Sidi Bel-Abbes is continuing the registration process for the national program "Proto Market 2," launched by the Ministry of Higher Education to support innovative projects and transform prototypes into market-ready products and startups. The review and auditing process is conducted through an online platform under the supervision of the incubator's management, with the goal of reaching 20,000 startups by 2029. Additionally, before the registration period began, the university organized a training day to explain participation requirements and the preparation of technical and commercial files. It is worth noting that the university has registered more than 600 projects this year, including 400 startups and 50 patents.
