The university entrepreneurship incubator at Gueelali Yabes University in Sidi Bel Abbes is continuing the registration process for the national program "Proto Market 2," launched by the Ministry of Higher Education to support and transform innovative projects into market-ready products and startups. Files are being reviewed and checked to ensure they meet the requirements, with guidance provided to project owners to prepare them for participation, aiming to establish 20,000 startups by 2029. Before the registration opened, the incubator organized a training day to guide project owners on the participation criteria and the preparation of necessary documents, with a focus on improving the readiness of prototypes to support the transition of ideas into companies that contribute to wealth creation and job opportunities.
