The Ministry of Culture and Arts has announced the launch of the second phase of the "Once Upon a Time" Storytellers Caravan program, starting from August 1st. This phase will include 15 states across central, eastern, and northwestern Algeria. The program aims to revive the art of storytelling, promote folk tales to transmit values and intangible heritage, as well as foster children's imagination and reinforce national identity. This stage follows the successful first phase, which targeted southern states in April and May, and is considered part of the ministry's efforts to preserve cultural heritage and strengthen the presence of popular arts within society.
