The Ministry of National Education has announced the pedagogical arrangements for the 2026-2027 academic year, aimed at enhancing the quality of education. In elementary education, at least two foreign languages will be taught, with a focus on English starting from the third year and French from the fourth year. In middle school, the same approach will be maintained, with an increase in English language teaching hours. For secondary education, a core curriculum system will be implemented without deleting any subjects, while the volume of core subjects in the third year will be expanded. Additionally, computer science will be introduced in the mathematics and technical engineering tracks, to support technical specializations and rely more on the English language. This aims to better align students with university requirements.
