Young man gangs up to force table rentals at Mataris Beach
The National Gendarmerie unit in Tipaza managed to apprehend a young man named K.F., who formed a gang and used dogs to attack beachgoers at Mataris Beach. He did this to force them to pay fees for renting tables, chairs, and umbrellas, despite the beach being free of charge. Authorities have called on anyone who has been victimized, had dealings with this individual, or has any information about him to report it by filing complaints or testimonies at the Public Prosecutor's Office or the nearest Gendarmerie station.
