Moroccan Society Faces Crisis and Power Struggles
Reports highlight that the flow of tens of thousands of Moroccans to the Spanish city of Ceuta recently was not spontaneous, but part of a deliberate plan aimed at weakening Aziz Akhannouch's government and strengthening the influence of the Royal Advisor Fouad Highlama ahead of the parliamentary elections. Investigations have revealed widespread security collusion, with Moroccan security forces allowing the passage of individuals from various regions. Moreover, smuggling and human trafficking networks were part of this scheme, despite the Moroccan government's denial of any mafia involvement in trafficking. The timing of the breach, coinciding with the Throne Day celebrations, and the presence of intelligence agents among the migrants, suggest a political orchestrated plan and exploitation of the Moroccan people's situation.
