The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has confirmed that the final registrations for the 2026 Baccalaureate graduates will be entirely electronic and paperless, starting from August 5 at midnight until August 10, 2026. Students will receive their virtual cards directly on their smartphones after paying the registration fees using the golden card via an online website or a QR code, in order to improve the registration process and reduce paperwork.
