Night - Authorities face security-related charges
Spanish judicial investigations reveal the involvement of Moroccan officials in facilitating waves of illegal migration to Ceuta, which are suspected to be organized and coordinated by Moroccan state agencies. The "L'Estitizia Europea" party and the Spanish association "Hazi Oir" have filed complaints against Moroccan officials, accusing the Moroccan government of crimes affecting Spain's security, including organizing mass crossings of illegal migrants and using migration as a pressure tool. Potential evidence includes surveillance recordings and communications between the sides. The investigations focus on officials such as Fouad Ali El Himma to determine their level of involvement in organizing and assisting the crossing operations.
