The states of the country have begun implementing proactive measures to address weather fluctuations at the end of summer and the beginning of autumn, following instructions from the Minister of Interior, Local Authorities, and Saïd Sayeud. The measures include holding coordination meetings to assess preparedness, cleaning rainwater drainage channels, sewer networks, and riverbeds, as well as removing obstacles and addressing deficiencies to ensure smooth water runoff and reduce flood risks. Human and material resources have also been mobilized, and coordination between sectors has been strengthened to ensure quick intervention in case of emergencies, with the aim of protecting citizens and their property from the effects of weather fluctuations.
