On the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of the outbreak of the War of Liberation, Constantine Province launched development projects and inaugurated public facilities to improve services and residents’ living conditions. The projects include 200 public rental housing units, the inauguration of 150 subsidized housing units, and improvements to 15.3 kilometres of road between Aïn Smara and Zouaghi Slimane, alongside local health and sports facilities. They also include a 50-bed youth centre and a memorial to a confrontation that took place on 27 April 1960.
