The “Craft 2” program was launched in Skikda Province, enrolling 719 of the 6,952 people registered across 15 training institutions. Invitations and guidance for the remaining registrants are continuing gradually. The program offers 90 hours of hands-on training in six vocational fields, including building electrical work, painting, plumbing, welding, and refrigeration and air conditioning. It has also added traditional pastry-making and sewing courses aimed at women. The program is open to a range of groups from age 15 onward, with training options on weekdays, in the evenings, or at weekends.
