Mamdani's Politics Tied to Muslim Brotherhood
A stabbing attack on two men on Manhattan's Upper West Side, with the suspect shouting "Allahu Akbar," has raised concerns about antisemitism in New York City. The incident occurred on a day significant to the Jewish community, amid heightened tensions following the city mayor’sflammatory comments condemning Israel and promoting anti-Israel rhetoric. Experts link the violence to a broader pattern of dangerous rhetoric and political influence that normalizes hostility toward Jews and Israel, with some officials and organizations warning that such speech can incite violence.
