OSU bans fraternity for a decade after student injury
Ohio State University revoked the Alpha Nu chapter of Pi Kappa Phi for ten years after an incident in March that led to a student's hospitalization. The university's investigation found violations including hazing, endangering behavior, and alcohol use, with the fraternity having the opportunity to appeal the decision. Under the law and university policies, the fraternity may petition to return in 2036 after demonstrating compliance with conduct standards.
