Boston court upholds voter list block
A federal appeals court in Boston has upheld a ruling halting President Donald Trump's executive order to create a federal voter eligibility list and restrict mail ballot delivery to those on the list in 23 states. The order, issued in March, aimed to prevent non-citizens from voting but faced legal challenges from Democratic officials, who argued it was unconstitutional and could cause election chaos. The court's decision stops the order's implementation for the upcoming elections in the affected states.
