Crustacean Beverly Hills to shut down this fall
Crustacean, a Beverly Hills restaurant renowned for its Vietnamese-inspired dishes like garlic noodles and roasted crab, will close permanently on October 31 after 30 years. The closure follows changes in the building’s ownership and plans for redevelopment, prompting the restaurant's family to seek a new location in Los Angeles. The restaurant will operate at limited capacity until the end of September, with plans for pop-ups at sister venues and a future relocation.
