D4vd murder case details and questions
David Anthony Burke, known as D4vd, is facing a murder trial for the alleged killing and dismemberment of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Prosecutors claim Burke stabbed Hernandez, used a chainsaw to dismember her, and concealed her body in his car trunk after she threatened to expose their sexual relationship, which included evidence of pregnancy and abortion. The evidence presented suggests a volatile relationship, with court documents and text messages indicating a motive related to Hernandez's threats. Despite gruesome crime scene details and elaborate evidence, investigators have not identified the murder weapon, leaving key questions about the circumstances of her death.
