Harry Potter train ride draws fans and concerns
A theatrical Harry Potter experience called “A Hogwarts Express Adventure” is currently running at the Southern California Railway Museum in Perris, offering a one-hour show on a moving train with magic, character interactions, and House challenges. The event has sold nearly 11,000 tickets pre-sale and will run through September 27, with future locations planned across North America and the UK. Local LGBTQ+ activists are urging a boycott due to J.K. Rowling’s anti-trans rhetoric and political funding, stating that supporting the event benefits Rowling's initiatives against trans rights.
