Key points from Lindsay Clancy trial
Lindsay Clancy is on trial for the murder of her three children in Massachusetts, with prosecutors alleging she planned and carried out the killings while suffering from postpartum psychosis. The case includes testimony about her worsening mental health and various treatments prior to the incident, with her defense attributing the actions to postpartum depression and psychosis. Clancy has pleaded not guilty, asserting she lacks criminal responsibility due to her mental state, and she has been held in a mental health facility since May 2023.
