Mother-in-law: Lindsay Clancy sought help before children's death
Lindsay Clancy, a mother in Massachusetts, is on trial for the killing of her three children, with prosecutors alleging she intentionally strangled them before jumping from a second-floor window. Witnesses testified that her mental health deteriorated after childbirth, and she was experiencing suicidal thoughts and postpartum psychosis, which her defense claims caused hallucinations and delusions. Clancy has pleaded not guilty to murder charges, and her mental health at the time is a central issue in the case.
