Ex-anchor Angelynn Mock confesses to stabbing mother
A woman pleaded guilty to first-degree murder after stabbing her mother to death at their Kansas home, believing her mother was the devil. She claimed she acted in self-defense during a fight and said she killed her to “save herself.” The victim was found with multiple stab wounds, and the attacker was found with cuts on her hands, citing delusions and mental health issues as factors. She faces life in prison with parole eligibility after 25 years.
