California couple faces murder charges
A California couple has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting their son-in-law in a Dublin, California park. The incident occurred days before a scheduled court hearing related to a contentious divorce and custody battle. Police detained the couple as they attempted to leave the scene, and surveillance footage showed them shooting the victim in concert. The victim had been involved in a legal dispute over allegations of abuse and issues surrounding his gender transition, with prior protective orders filed by both sides. The murder charges include additional allegations of lying in wait and using a firearm.
