SoCal woman filmed hitting puppy detained
Hahn Nguyen, a 75-year-old woman, was arrested in Anaheim after police linked her to an incident where she allegedly abandoned her 9-month-old pit bull, Blackey, at a park. Surveillance footage showed her intentionally running over the dog with a minivan, resulting in Blackey's death. Investigators identified Nguyen using license plate reader technology, and she is now facing charges of animal cruelty and abandonment.
