DHS Reveals Dilemma in SCOTUS Deportation Case
The article discusses the Biden administration's legal challenge to the Trump-era policy of using third-country deportations to remove undocumented migrants who cannot be returned to their home countries. DHS officials defend the policy as a legal and underused tool to manage immigration enforcement.
