Probe into daylight mail theft amid voting concerns
A mail heist in Sacramento's College Glen neighborhood has raised election concerns after officials indicated that ballots may have been stolen during the theft. The incident occurred in the afternoon when a suspect used a gray SUV to access a postal truck and steal mail trays, potentially including ballots. Authorities are investigating and urging voters to track their ballots or request replacements if they do not receive them, as a reward is being offered for information leading to those responsible.
