Zelensky reports Russian strikes on Kyiv power plant
Russian missile strikes have damaged the Darnytska CHP-4 energy facility and a residential building in Kyiv, resulting in one death and 13 injuries. The attacks, which occurred despite claims of an energy ceasefire by Russia and Ukraine, targeted critical infrastructure and caused significant disruption to heating and electricity supplies. Ukrainian President Zelensky condemned the strikes, emphasizing the lack of early warning and the ongoing threat to civilians amid efforts to end the conflict.
