Judge Biden rejects ex-CIA chief's Trump lawsuit
A judge dismissed former CIA Director John Brennan's lawsuit against President Trump and other officials, citing lack of standing due to unsubstantiated fears of record destruction related to ongoing investigations. Brennan faces two federal probes—one into alleged conspiracy to violate Trump's civil rights and another into false statements about the Steele dossier—though he has not been charged. The lawsuit accused the Justice Department of irregular conduct and potential political retaliation, highlighting concerns over deleted records and investigation transparency.
