Former flatmate says sex was key for Russell Brand
A woman who worked at MTV accused Russell Brand of indecent assault, describing a brief incident where he tried to pull her into a toilet and changed from being friendly to aggressive. The trial, held at Southwark Crown Court, includes allegations from six women spanning 1999 to 2009, which Brand denies, claiming any contact was consensual. Other witnesses described Brand as a lively and demanding character, with some suggesting a preoccupation with sex; Brand has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
