Gabby Petito case may influence Charlie Kirk family wrongful death suit
The article discusses a legal case involving the potential for Charlie Kirk's family to pursue a wrongful death lawsuit following his fatal shooting during a speaking event, and its connection to an ongoing Utah Supreme Court battle related to Gabby Petito's 2021 murder.
