Notre Dame's CFP Resume
Notre Dame’s ranking may reflect its prestige more than its résumé, which the article says is comparable to Wake Forest’s despite a much higher poll position. The Irish beat Navy 35-13 after a sluggish first half, but their strongest win is over 5-3 Wisconsin, and they lost to their toughest opponent. Their upcoming game against No. 1 Miami could strengthen their case for the College Football Playoff or leave their résumé vulnerable to scrutiny.
