Jacob Morley, a 28-year-old Tennessee prisoner serving a life sentence for murder, was arrested near Kansas City, Missouri, on Nov. 3, more than a week after escaping prison on Oct. 25. Authorities say he spent time at a farm near Marion, Illinois, where he stole a truck and three firearms; roadside cameras and a helicopter helped officers locate him after the truck became stuck in mud. Morley faces federal charges related to fleeing prosecution and possessing a firearm, and Tennessee authorities plan to file additional charges.
