The article addresses the mysterious role and significant influence played by Hussein Tahaib in the governance of Iran, amid the absence of Ebrahim Raisi from the broader scene as Ebrahim Raisi. The text explains that Khamenei, the Supreme Leader, has not appeared publicly since his election, which has increased the importance of figures capable of communicating with him. Tahaib is considered the most prominent among them due to his longstanding relationship with Khamenei and his extensive experience in intelligence and security. Tahaib has held positions within the Revolutionary Guard and the Basij organization, and he currently manages the ideological and security files. He is regarded as the main intermediary between the Supreme Leader and the military and security leadership. Although his role is unofficial and discreet, Tahaib's influence surpasses his official position, as he is viewed as the key channel for conveying Khamenei's directives and political and security lines. He remains one of the most prominent behind-the-scenes figures in the country's management.
