Between January 15 and August 6, 2026, Bahrain launched the development of 119 government services across 22 entities to enhance service quality and improve institutional performance efficiency. The updates included providing services such as requesting certified copies online through the Ministry of Justice, automating the registration of cooling and air conditioning units on the "Sahab" platform, developing electronic management for auditing offices' business operations, in addition to remote technical inspection services for boats and jet skis, and issuing construction permits in residential areas. These efforts resulted in notable improvements, including transferring 100% of services to electronic systems, reducing application procedures and steps by 25%, and decreasing required documents by 50%. Additionally, user interfaces were improved, and information was unified across all channels, leading to streamlined processes, the transition to electronic forms, and easier access to government services.
