The article focused on a new psychological model called the "Competency Equation," which is used to measure an individual's psychological readiness to face existential breakdowns and deep psychological crises. The model emphasizes five interconnected dimensions, including active stress, effective success, time management, contextual appropriateness, and narrative simulation, which collectively form a psychological protective network. Its aim is to predict how close a person is to breakdown before it occurs by assessing these factors. The model suggests that the failure of multiple psychological systems, especially under chronic stress, leads to psychological collapse, and the researcher emphasizes the need to develop it further to include biological indicators for monitoring early warning signs.
