Urban Authority reviews building rules at social housing event

The Urban Planning and Development Authority in Bahrain organized a workshop on regulatory requirements for urban development, with the aim of familiarizing participants with the provisions of Decision No. (93) of 2023, which regulates construction activities across various areas. Engineer Abdel Latif Fouad Al Rumaithi reviewed the procedures and provisions related to classifications of land uses, highlighting the application of these regulations to enhance the organization of urban development in the Kingdom. The workshop is part of the activities of the Innovation Conference and Exhibition in the Social Housing Sector, aimed at supporting sector development and achieving sustainability in urban planning.
