Plan involves $600 and rifle at Mall of America

The Federal Bureau of Investigation reported that an armed individual with a handgun threatened to target the "Mall of America" shopping center, but was eventually arrested after disguising himself as a member of ISIS and purchasing the weapon for $600 from an undercover informant. The complaint indicates that the teenager (18 years old) was planning to carry out an attack to kill non-Muslims, and his plot was thwarted before it could be carried out.
