Parliamentary Division Participates in IPU Election

Coverage and details about the participation of the Bahraini parliamentary delegation in the 218th session of the Governing Council of the Inter-Parliamentary Union held in Tanzania. During the session, Mr. Milton Dick from Australia was elected as the President of the Union for a three-year term with 56% of the votes. The session also addressed issues related to the human rights of parliamentarians and international cooperation, in addition to the signing of an agreement between Gulf countries and the Latin American and Caribbean states to promote parliamentary collaboration.
