Theatre as a Compass
Bahrain Theatre Festival Chairman and artist Adel Shams said the festival has become a shared space for community theatre groups and a platform for developing Bahraini theatre and strengthening its connection with audiences. The fifth edition received more than 40 productions and features workshops, seminars and tributes, while organizers face challenges in accommodating demand and securing enough venues and time. Shams invited the public to attend events starting November 3, stressing that audience support and participation are essential to rekindling a passion for theatre.
