Women Drive Two Economies
Bahraini businesswomen who took part in the 2026 Women’s Economic Forum in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province praised the role of Bahraini and Saudi women as key partners in economic development, and stressed the importance of moving from empowerment to economic impact. Ahlam Janahi, Manal Al-Siddiqi and Aisha Bahloul said the forum, organised by Asharqia Chamber in its ninth edition, provides an opportunity to exchange expertise and build partnerships and joint investments, while supporting women’s entrepreneurship and economic integration between the two countries.
