Dua Lipa's Chanel dress elevates her as a fashion icon
The wedding celebration of artist Dua Lipa in Palermo featured a unique appearance from Chanel, where she wore a couture gown designed by Creative Director Matthew Williams. This was the first wedding dress ever created by the House for this purpose. The dress took over 1,155 hours to craft, including hand embroidery with details such as 480,000 beads and 25,000 feathers. The sheer veil involved more than 3,000 hours of handwork. The design's distinctive features include its fluid silhouette and a high collar inspired by faux jewelry, combined with modern touches and a seventies-inspired style.
