Egyptian Creamy Rice is a traditional dish prepared using washed Egyptian rice, full-fat milk, cream or fresh cream, butter or ghee, and salt, with the option to add black pepper. It is baked in a preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes until cooked through and golden in color, with the grill turned on at the end to add a crispy touch. It can be served hot alongside meats or chicken and is considered one of the distinguished dishes for Egyptian celebrations.
