Suspect detained in Mohandessin apartment theft
Authorities managed to apprehend a woman with a criminal record in the Matariya area. She had taken advantage of a girl being inside an apartment in the Mohandessin district to steal gold jewelry and cash from within it. The apartment was previously owned by Lieutenant General Habib Al-Adly. The suspect admitted to using a counterfeit key to carry out the theft and disclosed the location of the stolen items. This followed a police report from a citizen whose home was robbed upon his return from the North Coast. The necessary legal procedures have been taken in the case.
