Halle Berry's daughter testifies in violence case
International star Halle Berry is facing a new legal crisis involving allegations related to her young son, Maysou, who is 12 years old. The accusations come from her ex-husband, actor Olivier Martinez, who has requested sole custody of the child, citing claims of physical abuse. In her defense, her 18-year-old daughter, Nahla, has issued an official statement confirming that her mother is “strict when necessary,” but at the same time “loving and dedicated,” and affirming that she has never witnessed any physical abuse by her mother toward her brother. Nahla explained that her mother has always supported her brother’s life and prioritized his mental well-being and achievements, and she has not observed any abusive behavior in her upbringing. She also defended her mother’s reputation against claims of aggressive or racist behavior. The case has now escalated into legal battles, with a court ruling granting primary custody of the child to the father and imposing restrictions on Halle Berry, amid increasing criticism of the abuse allegations.
